2 Story ADU

This 800 sf 2 story adu is a small dwelling unit but has everything.  With 2 bedrooms, a full size bathroom, a stackable laundry area and an open kitchen and living room, the unit was also designed with energy efficiency and sustainability in mind.  The complete exterior envelope, including the exposed concrete slab floor, was designed with a high performance energy standards in mind.  A folding set of wood doors in the living room opens to a private back yard area (fence yet to be installed) and will allow each of the units their individual privacy.
