This home was created for the Street of Dreams.  Showcasing sustainability was one of the main drivers of this 2,400 SF home.

Pacific NW Modern Residence

The style of this home interprets the modern character of the Pacific North West region.  Large roof overhangs were designed for passive solar design.

The plan is organized around a rear courtyard facing the view and adjacent forest.  Much attention was paid to the exterior and interior details.

This spec home was featured on the Street of Dreams Tour.
