This home was created for the Street of Dreams.  Showcasing sustainability was one of the main drivers of this 2,400 SF home.

Modern Master Suite Addition

A modern master suite addition to a classic bungalow style home was designed to also allow for a new covered deck area between the new addition and the existing home.  Continuing the dormer roofs from the existing esthetic, the new roof spans both the deck area and master suite creating a more modern interpretation as a result.

The new organization allows a very private backyard area to integrate with the existing house and the new addition
